How do I choose the right size?
Measure your opening or rod width and the finished length from the hanging point. Compare those measurements with the selected product option. Read our Curtain Size Guide for more help.
When will my order arrive, and how can I get help?
All orders are made to order and require 7–12 calendar days of processing before dispatch from China. Estimated U.S. transit time is an additional 7–15 calendar days. Total estimated time is 14–27 calendar days; delivery dates may vary. For sizes, order questions or other destinations, email hello@tillingvale.com.
How much does U.S. shipping cost?
U.S. standard shipping is free on a merchandise subtotal of US$69 or more after discounts. Orders below US$69 have a US$10 standard shipping charge. Taxes and shipping do not count toward the threshold. Rates and delivery times for other destinations must be confirmed separately.
Can I cancel or return a made-to-order item?
Contact hello@tillingvale.com within 24 hours to request a change or cancellation. Once production starts, we will review what is still possible. Made-to-order and custom items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days, with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remake, replacement or refund. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
