Shipping Policy

All Tillingvale curtains are made to order, including both standard-size and custom-size curtains.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–8 business days for production and preparation before shipment. For custom-size orders, processing begins after your measurements and order details have been confirmed.

Shipping Time

Estimated transit time is 7–12 business days after shipment. This does not include processing time.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, or holidays.

If we expect production to take longer than the stated processing period, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We offer worldwide shipping. Available countries and regions are shown at checkout.

Standard shipping rates are based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts:

  • US$69 or more: Free standard shipping.

  • Below US$69: US$10 standard shipping.

Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the free shipping threshold.
