- Because this product is handmade, I take pride in my own handmade craftsmanship to minimize any dimensional error (dimensional error of 1-2 inches).
- There will be subtle color differences when viewed on different monitors (depending on the resolution of the monitor), which reflects the handmade quality of the curtains, but is by no means a defect.
- We will carefully pack and secure the product for safe delivery to you.

Shipping Information

All curtains are made to order, including standard-size and custom-size curtains. Please allow 3–8 business days for production and preparation before shipment. For custom-size orders, processing begins after your measurements and order details are confirmed. Estimated transit time is 7–12 business days after shipment and does not include processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, customs clearance, carrier delays or holidays. We offer worldwide shipping to the available countries and regions shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free on a merchandise subtotal of US$69 or more after discounts; below US$69, standard shipping costs US$10. Taxes and shipping do not count toward the threshold. Returns and Order Changes

There is a 24-hour window after placing an order to request changes or cancellation. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and may no longer be eligible for changes or cancellation. Standard-size and custom-size curtains are made to order and are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. If this happens, email hello@tillingvale.com within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and contact you within 24 hours. Approved resolutions depend on the issue and may include a replacement or remake, a repair solution, a partial refund or another reasonable resolution agreed upon with you. See our Refund Policy.
