Each curtain is handmade, so a 1–2 inch size difference may occur. The number of rose decorations increases with the selected width. Lace details may vary slightly from the photos, but the quality remains consistent. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor settings.

Hand wash or gentle machine wash at 40°C / cold water. Hang to dry for the most pristine and beautifully textured results, or tumble dry on very low heat if absolutely necessary.

All curtains are made to order, including standard-size and custom-size curtains. Please allow 3–8 business days for production and preparation before shipment. For custom-size orders, processing begins after your measurements and order details are confirmed. Estimated transit time is 7–12 business days after shipment and does not include processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, customs clearance, carrier delays or holidays. We offer worldwide shipping to the available countries and regions shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free on a merchandise subtotal of US$69 or more after discounts; below US$69, standard shipping costs US$10. Taxes and shipping do not count toward the threshold. There is a 24-hour window after placing an order to request changes or cancellation. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and may no longer be eligible for changes or cancellation. Standard-size and custom-size curtains are made to order and are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. If this happens, email hello@tillingvale.com within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and contact you within 24 hours. Approved resolutions depend on the issue and may include a replacement or remake, a repair solution, a partial refund or another reasonable resolution agreed upon with you. See our Refund Policy.
